NO BANK TRANSFER TO IPPB

SWEEP SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 8:00AM TO 8:00PM OR TILL AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IN SWEEP IN ACCOUNT ON ALL WORKING DAYS.
SWEEP IN SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON 2ND & 4TH SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND RTGS HOLIDAYS.

HANDLE THESE KIND OF EXCEPTION USING ANY APP/INTERNET BANKING.
Small exception I have seen using IPPB(mobile app at INDIA postoffice) and AEPS at (INDIA) post office.
On Mon 22-Nov-2021 IST:
        Initially, I have withdrawn 20000.00 INR using my bank ATM
        After that, I transferred 10000.00 INR (Mon 22-Nov-2021 10:00 AM IST) from my bank using internet banking to IPPB.
        IPPB is my post office account at mobile.
        Using my mobile I tried transferring 10000.00 INR from IPPB to my post office account.
        It reported following error (when I tried for 3 times)
                Insufficient balance at IPPB.
        I have enquired at post office Receiption. Receptionist tried the same => same error => go inside that room and enquire there. Room worker => same error => go to AEPS counter and withdraw from you IPPB.
        Initially I do not know what is AEPS at post office. AEPS swiped my finger 1 time.
        My IPPB balance became zero. AEPS swiped my finger again and asked my OTP and gave me 10000.00 INR.
        Mon 22-Nov-2021 08:00 PM IST I found that AEPS withdrawn 10000.00 INR from my bank and gave me only 10000.00 INR instead of 20000.00 INR
        Next day morning I enquired my query at post office for IPPB money.
        AEPS counter informed me that they have informed all these informations to me yesterday and told me to call IPPB. Later I called 155299 they informed me that I will receive 10000.00 INR within 3 days.
        I waited for 3 days.
        Atlast I got back my 10000.00 INR at my IPPB back on Wed 24-Nov-2021 08:00 AM IST
        I tried transferring again from IPPB to my post office => Successfull transaction.

Example exception:

Assume that an IPPB customer transferring money from the bank to IPPB.	Number of persons transferred per day.	IPPB RECEIVED	COMMENT(I'M SHARING ONLY MY THOUGHT)
10000.00	1000	1000*10000.00 = 10000000.00 ONE CRORE	INVEST 900000 NINETY LAKHS ANYWHERE. HAVE SIMILAR EXCEPTION AT OTHER ACCOUNTS DAILY.
